Delete Your Account
Permanently delete your Castlog account and all associated data.
How to Delete Your Account
Open Castlog
Open the Castlog app or go to app.castlog.gg in your browser.
Go to Settings
Tap on your profile icon, then navigate to Settings.
Scroll to "Danger Zone"
Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page to find the Danger Zone section.
Tap "Delete Account"
Tap the Delete Account button and type DELETE to confirm. This action is immediate and irreversible.
What Data Is Deleted
When you delete your account, all of the following data is permanently deleted from our servers:
- ✕ Your user profile (username, email, avatar, bio)
- ✕ All match history and statistics
- ✕ All decks and deck data
- ✕ League memberships, standings, and progress (EP, levels, skills)
- ✕ Playgroup memberships
- ✕ Achievements and quest progress
- ✕ API tokens and session data
- ✕ Avatar images and uploaded files
Data Retention
Account deletion is immediate and permanent. There is no grace period or recovery option.
Anonymized, aggregated analytics data (e.g., total number of matches played across all users) may be retained, but this data cannot be linked back to your account.
If you have an active subscription, please cancel it before deleting your account. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed through Apple App Store or Google Play.
